This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Trojan Safety Services Ltd, a company registered in Fort St John, British Columbia, Canada, with a postal code of V1J 7C4 (“Trojan Safety Services” or “we”) and the user (“User” or “you”) of the Trojan Safety Services mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Data Privacy and Security:
Trojan Safety Services assures you that it does not engage in any user-tracking activities.
User data will be stored on secure Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located throughout North America, in adherence to industry-standard security practices.
2. Data Usage and Ownership:
Trojan Safety Services commits to not selling, leasing, or otherwise commercially exploiting your personal data to third parties.
All data created, loaded, or otherwise associated with the App is property of Trojan Safety Services.
3. Camera Access:
The App may request access to your device’s camera solely for the purpose of capturing images related to field paperwork. This access will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent.
4. App Usage Restrictions:
The App is designed for specific purposes related to Trojan Safety Services’ operations.
You agree not to alter, change, copy, or distribute the App in any way.
Any unauthorized modification of the App is strictly prohibited.
5. User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement.
6. Termination:
Trojan Safety Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of this Agreement.
7. Updates and Modifications:
Trojan Safety Services may release updates to the App from time to time. You agree to install these updates promptly to ensure the security and functionality of the App.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Trojan Safety Services reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting. Please review this Agreement periodically for any changes.
