There is IMPORTANT INFORMATION that you need to know to be successful in completing your OFA2 course.
- You need to be early for each session, by at least 15 minutes.
- You need to attend ALL sessions, otherwise, you will not be eligible for certification.
- If you miss any sessions, there will be no refund for your space in the course.
- There is REQUIRED pre-reading, approximately 3 hours of homework/prereading each night.
- Upon receiving this confirmation email, you will be required to come to the office and pick up your books IN ADVANCE to begin the pre-reading. It is recommended that you complete all the pre-reading prior to the first lesson.
- Dress comfortably and appropriately, we recommend knee pads, clean indoor shoes, water bottle and a good attitude.
- You MUST have a watch with a “seconds” timer for timing breathing and pulse rates. A cell phone is not an acceptable substitute.
- You will need to bring your entire book and contents with you to each class
