In order to be successful\, candidates must demonstrate practical skill competency. On successful completion of the course\, participants receive a 3-year certification. This certification is only valid if the attendant maintains a current OFA Level 1\, Level 2 or equivalent certificate. \n\nPrerequisites: \n\nBe at lest 16 years of age\nGovernment Issued Photo ID\nCurrent Level 1 or equivalent First Aid Certificate\n\nThis Course Covers: \n\nThe role of the first aid attendant\, the priority action approach\, and principles of transportation\nThe priority action approach\nPackaging a conscious patient\nPackaging an unconscious patient\nCaring for a patient while in transport\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY:Please let us know at least 24 hours (1 business day) before your course date if you need to cancel your booking; otherwise\, you will be charged a $100 No-Show fee.
